New Jersey's premier HVAC‑Plumbing‑Electrical company is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. This position reports to our Installation Manager and our ideal candidate must be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary). Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

• Five years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturer and Air Group, LLC installation guides
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills – the ability to speak with customers professionally and respectfully
• Demonstrated ability to produce quality and consistent workmanship to avoid callbacks
• Comfortable working in a team environment – must be able to collaborate with and support others
• Ability to use technology tools to record and view job information/history
• Safety‑first mindset and the ability to keep an organized, clean workspace
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• US Citizen or Green card holder (no sponsorship is available now or in the future)

• OSHA
  10 training
• HVACr trade school certification preferred (fully complete)
• EPA 608 certification
