HVAC Residential Service Technician – 3+ Years Experience Needed
New Jersey’s premier HVAC‑Plumbing‑Electrical company is looking for experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians. The position reports to the Service Manager and requires flexibility with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary). Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Requirements- Three years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience
- Completion of an HVAC trade school program
- EPA 608 certification
- Ability to work independently on gas furnaces, hydronic boilers and A/C systems – including mini‑splits
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, understand and follow manufacturer and Air Group, LLC installation guides
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills – ability to speak with customers professionally and respectfully
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality, consistent workmanship to avoid callbacks
- Ability to use technology tools to record and view job information/history
- Safety‑first mindset and keeping an organized, clean workspace
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- U.S. Citizen or Green‑Card holder (no sponsorship available)
