Maintenance Technician/Mechanic (Full Time)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Maintenance Technician/Mechanic position at ESFM® USA.

Location:

Mondelez – Route 10, Whippany, New Jersey 07981. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, full‑time; hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement:
Prior manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred. Willing to train.

• Maintain, repair, clean, and operate the plant, shops, mechanical areas, exterior grounds, and campus facilities.
• Perform tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.
• Respond to emergency problems and perform emergency repairs.
• Maintain logs, perform rounds, complete maintenance work orders, tests, and inspections.
• Read, comprehend, and transmit detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

• Industrial manufacturing and industrial equipment knowledge; blueprints and schematics experience preferred.
• HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred.
• Experience with systems asset management of heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, VAVs, controls, piping, etc.).
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
