Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Developer Lead Engineer for the Information Gateway (IGW) application de the design, architecture and high‑performance development of scalable solutions that power post‑trade settlement services, while remaining deeply interactive with modern Java technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end design, development and integration of Java microservices, ensuring high performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor and coach a team of developers, driving technical excellence and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
- Architect and evolve the platform’s integration layers, including messaging (Kafka, Solace, IBM MQ) and persistence (Oracle, SQL).
- Implement Dev Ops practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (PM, business, architecture) to deliver high‑value solutions on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience in Java development with deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Apache Camel and multi‑threaded systems.
- Proficiency in messaging and persistence platforms such as Kafka, Solace and IBM MQ.
- Strong Dev Ops background: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation.
- Working knowledge of front‑end technologies such as Angular
JS and React for UI integration. - Demonstrated experience with Oracle databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the trade lifecycle, settlements and payment processing in capital markets.
- Exposure to SWIFT messaging standards.
- Experience with process automation frameworks such as Camunda.
- Ability to support and mentor a team while remaining technically involved.
- Considerable understanding of system design, performance tuning and enterprise integration patterns.

Minimum Salary: $170,000 – Maximum Salary: $230,000 (base salary only, additional compensation and benefits may be available).
