AR & Operations Coordinator - Bilingual (EN/SP)
Crevel is a leading importer and wholesaler of Mexican and American products in Europe, supplying restaurants and retailers across the continent with a catalog of 1,400+ products. Join our growing, global team!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive coordinator to manage collections, invoicing, and cross-team coordination - supporting our Sales and Warehouse teams along the way.
What You’ll Do- Manage invoicing and collections, following up with customers on outstanding balances
- Coordinate with Sales to resolve customer issues and keep accounts current
- Support drop-ship and intercompany deliveries, ensuring invoices go out on time
- Partner with Warehouse and Sales to keep operations running smoothly
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- A hands-on role with real visibility into daily operations
- Room to grow as we expand across new markets
