Digital Marketing Assistant Manager – Maryland/Philadelphia Market

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who wants ownership of sophisticated, enterprise-level search campaigns and is eager to make a measurable impact across multiple brands.
Digital Marketing Assistant Manager Benefits & Compensation- Competitive salary range of $70,000–$75,000
- Hybrid work schedule with approximately 2–3 onsite days per week and flexible onsite arrangements
- Exposure to multiple brands and properties in a dynamic industry
- Opportunity to influence paid, organic, and emerging AI search strategies at scale
- 2–3+ years of direct search/SEM campaign management experience
- Proven ability to independently manage paid search campaigns from strategy through optimization and reporting
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4
- Experience managing significant paid search budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming license in the applicable jurisdiction
- Experience with in an agency or sophisticated in-house digital marketing environment
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with SEO strategy and web analytics
- Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Looker Studio, Sitecore, Schema, or project management platforms
- Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 certifications are a plus
- Hospitality or gaming industry experience is beneficial but not required
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level paid search/SEM campaigns, primarily through Google Ads
- Help oversee a $1M+ annual paid search budget
, including bid management, budget allocation, and forecasting - Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to meet KPIs
- Develop and execute A/B testing and learn strategies for continuous improvement
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors across multiple properties and business units
- Support SEO strategy efforts, including keyword analysis, content optimization, and technical site enhancements
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Google Ads Editor
- Stay current on evolving SEM, SEO, and AI search trends and share insights with team members
