Position Title
Foot & Ankle Sales Representative – Field-based
What you will doAs a Foot & Ankle Sales Rep, you will serve as the resident Foot & Ankle expert, selling Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
Duties include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in assigned territory.
- Providing product demonstrations, training, and advice on surgical tools.
- Organizing materials and quickly presenting solutions during operating‑room consultations.
- Managing an inventory of products and assisting customers as needed.
- Staying informed about competitors’ offerings to enhance credibility.
- Participating in sales meetings and professional association events outside regular business hours as required.
Requirements and preferred qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role, or a combination thereof.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, product demonstrations, and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (MS Office, databases, etc.).
- Comfortable working in emergency/operating‑room environments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, comply with Adva Med principles, and adhere to applicable laws and company policies.
This role is 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits. Travel requirement is approximately 20% of the time.
