A Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
, you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs including medical coverage, retirement, and other benefits.
