35 Hours per week

• Provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in the development of communication, social, academic, and self-care skills.
• Utilize reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior change.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughout sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across settings.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times.
• Adhere to all district and special education policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 Plan.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $21 to $27 Per Hour
