We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, customer service, and various beauty treatments will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and botulinum toxin treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software (such as Millennium or MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and promote salon offerings.
• Manage social media accounts to showcase your work and attract new clients through effective marketing strategies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing appointment bookings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters growth and teamwork.

• A valid cosmetology license is required; additional certifications in aesthetic laser treatment or body waxing are a plus.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in color theory, makeup application, and various hair techniques such as straight razor cutting or hair threading.
• Familiarity with salon management software is preferred; experience with retail sales is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services while upselling products and services effectively.
• Previous experience in med spa environments or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
