• Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform hair extensions and threading techniques as requested by clients.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or as part of a complete service package.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist in store management tasks including inventory control and retail sales support.
• Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling, client management, and sales tracking.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and inviting environment for all clients.

• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred to enhance the client experience.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon management software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
