We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber or Hair Stylist to join our dynamic Max & Mia Children's Salon team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair cutting skills, customer service, and salon operations. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional experiences for our little clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair cuts while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

• Provide a variety of hair services including long haircuts and fades
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Use salon software such as Salon Target for scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and handling retail sales
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience

• Valid MA cosmetology or barbering license is required
• Proficiency in a variety of haircuts
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience with retail math to assist in managing product sales
• Familiarity with salon management practices is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
