Join a well-established and growing South Shore Insurance Agency as a Personal Lines Account Manager
. In this role, you will service new and existing personal lines clients, acting as a trusted advisor by recommending coverage enhancements and tailoring policies to meet their needs. You will coordinate with clients and company partners during the renewal process and address customer inquiries. The ability to manage multiple opportunities, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service is essential. We seek a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to join our collaborative in-office team in Hanover.

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Systems, Single Point, and MA RMV is a plus
