- Lead restaurant operations, enforcing all policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Strive to be a top performer and elevate the team and honeygrow.
- Support the General Manager in training the team to achieve hg standards.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and exceed guest and team expectations while promoting the culture, values, and mission.
- Fully understand and perform all station functions to the Assistant General Manager level.
- Supervise scheduled shifts and manage all operations in the GM’s absence.
- Assist with administrative duties and employee evaluations.
- Maintain clear communication with the GM regarding restaurant operations.
- Manage scheduling functions, including employee profiles, logs, and weekly schedule production.
- Keep the restaurant’s office area to hg organizational standards.
- Help meet financial objectives using forecasting tools and administration.
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals related to food cost, labor cost, and other expenses.
- Deliver a fantastic guest experience using the hg Engine (speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product, hospitality).
- Coach and develop Service Managers.
- Train, coach, and develop all employees with patience and diligence.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be available to work any shift and day of the week.
- Serv Safe certification.
- Two years of solid food prep and line experience.
- Experience in a fast‑casual or similar restaurant environment (preferred).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Good near and distance vision, including peripheral vision.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
- Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment.
- Comfortable working near open flames.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with hot and cold areas.
- Ability to work in tight spaces.
- Effective communication in a high noise‑level environment.
$23 - $25 per hour
