We are hiring a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead a McDonald’s franchise, ensuring profitable operations while meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

• Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring that McDonald’s critical customer standards are consistently met.
• Assist the Franchisee in setting, monitoring, and achieving restaurant goals.
• Participate with department managers in goal setting, progress review, and ongoing mentoring.
• Recruit, train, and develop department and shift managers, fostering a strong, future‑ready team.
• Coordinate scheduling for day, opening, and closing shifts, maintaining full flexibility to meet restaurant needs.
• Coordinate with the Franchisee on staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling matters, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations.

• Prior managerial experience in a fast‑food or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day, opening, and closing shifts.
• Proficiency in using franchise reporting tools and maintaining operational standards.
