General Merchandise and Food Sales professionals enable a consistent guest experience by ensuring product is set, in-stock, priced and signed on the sales floor. The GM and Food team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas, supports inventory accuracy, merchandise setup and maintenance, and pricing processes. The team enables efficient delivery to guests through pick, pack and ship fulfillment.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their needs.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., Drive‑Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
