The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve their specific needs, engaging with them in a welcoming manner.
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and help them understand they chose Target.
• Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately while following safety and company standards.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features, including Wallet, and direct guests to enrollment for Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns by following store policies and consulting with leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all tasks.
• Perform duties safely and report hazards; assist with compliance-related activities as required.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and returns, while adhering to policies including applicable beverage laws where relevant.
• All other duties based on business needs.
