As a Fitness Coach at our Orange theory studio you can use your talents to positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout!

If you are a Health Enthusiast who would like to help us in our mission to spread More Life to our members and community, we would like to hear from YOU!

• Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from one of these OTF approved education company: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA
• High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPR/AED certification
• Must attend and pass a 5 day (8 hours per day) intensive training OT Fit Certification Process
• Must be able to coach a minimum of 10 classes per week
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Team Player
• Ability to take a minimum of 2 OTF classes per week
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbs
• Job Type: Full-time
