This is a full‑time salaried position for our projects in the Upper Valley / Hanover areas.

The right candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction process, lead crews in the field by example, have a positive attitude, and champion our safety and diversity cultures. This position is responsible for the overall on‑site management of our large commercial construction projects, meeting project schedule deadlines, ensuring quality standards, effectively communicating with all on site, and leading and mentoring field staff.

• 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years of field experience
• Solid understanding of the construction process
• Knowledge of construction materials and systems
  
  Effective staffing and productivity management
• Experience managing large commercial construction projects
• Experience in project costs and finances
• Solid understanding of technology, including computers, mobile devices and construction software
