Creare, a leading engineering research and development firm in Hanover, NH, is looking to fill the position of Quality Engineer. This role reports to the QA Director and focuses on direct project execution. The Quality Engineer will work closely with QA Managers and others to ensure our projects meet or exceed the rigorous standards required by our Contracts.

• Interpret project-specific contractual requirements into executable actions for the project team.
• Communicate requirements to the entire project team, including engineers, manufacturing personnel, purchasing, inspectors, receiving/QC inspectors, contracts, etc.
• Work directly with project teams to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Identify potential improvements to corporate-wide procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Interact with customer technical and quality assurance personnel to understand requirements and address issues.
• Collaborate with contracts and other corporate departments on project‑specific issues.
• Lead customer quality assurance audits.
• Understand ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and maintain/develop working knowledge of other relevant standards.
