Position

Purpose:

Assists the ticket office with game day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Ticket sales before and at events.
  • Basic game day sales reconciliation.
  • Complimentary ticket distribution.
  • Scans tickets in and out at entrances.
  • Monitors student entrance.
  • General customer service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ticket sales at events and ability to distribute tickets.
  • Ability to learn sales software and scanning equipment and retain training and troubleshoot independently.
  • Ability to assist Ticket Manager with daily operations.
  • Ability to monitor doors and student entrance at events.
  • Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
  • Ability to stand up to 6 hours at a time.
  • Friendly and patient demeanor required.
  • Ability to learn, retain and enforce department procedures and policies.
  • Desire to work in and around athletics.
  • One to two years of similar experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma.
  • Knowledge of ticket sales at events and ability to distribute tickets.
