Job Function:
Finance and Sales
- Establish new client relationships and provide advisory services to existing clients.
- Navigate hard and emotional client conversations with a solutions‑focused approach.
- Lead and present the Proven Process, including bucketing, investment and tax strategies.
- Deliver exceptional client service independently and efficiently.
- Prepare for client meetings, lead meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure service team follow‑ups.
- Demonstrate proficiency with technology (CRM, financial planning software).
- Develop and maintain a robust “CoI” network and pursue business‑development opportunities.
- Teach and present the firm’s Core Values and Core Focus.
- Mentor Associate Wealth Advisors and Client Service Associates.
- Maintain continuing education and professional development.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of investment advisory experience.
- One or more of the following designations: CFP, CFA, EA, MBA, CPWA, CIMA, JD.
- Active Series 65 license.
- Clean U‑4 and U‑5 history.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Experience with Office productivity suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of financial industry programs such as Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, Money Guide preferred.
- Computer literacy and aptitude for learning new programs.
- Be present and on time for client meetings; self‑motivation and desire for growth.
- Ability to take direction and support all team members.
The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $125,000 per year. Variable compensation potential includes bonuses and commissions.
