We are looking for a high‑energy, outgoing Bell Attendant who is passionate about customer service and ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Bellmen are the first and last people our guests see, and we want a warm, inviting person who is driven by making a difference.

• Maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars
• Explain services and amenities of the hotel, including location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions
• Escort guests to guestrooms, providing a property tour and delivering luggage and other items to the guest room
• Answer questions about local areas of interest and assist arriving and departing guests with all transportation needs to corporations, local attractions, airport, etc.
• Provide guests with personalized service to consistently create the best arrival and departure experience in the Upper Valley
• Assist with driving the Dart cart and/or van on trips for Dartmouth alumni around campus and/or the occasional airport run
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas as needed

$12.17 per hour (actual compensation packages may vary based on skills, experience, certifications and location).
