We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. Your engaging personality will create a memorable first impression for our guests and help them navigate their stay.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interact with all guests and welcome each one to our hotel.
• Assist with parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles as requested.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in.
• Upon check‑in, escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining available amenities.
• Work with other attendants to ensure each guest receives a personalized experience.
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Be the difference by consistently exceeding the norm.

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• A valid driver’s licence with no major infractions for six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Problem‑solving ability when issues arise.
• Team‑work orientation and supportive attitude.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and hotel areas.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
