• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and toiletries as needed.
• Vacuum and dust guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and closets.
• Stock and organize carts with supplies and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction with the room experience.
• Maintain a warm greeting and smile with all guests.
• Report maintenance issues or needed repairs to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.

• Physical ability to push, pull, bend, lift and stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to work alone and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
