• Supervise banquet kitchen staff.
• Plan, schedule, and organize staffing to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings and review all information relevant to daily activities.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Check and maintain proper storage of all food items in refrigerators and freezers to ensure freshness.
• Ensure all banquet kitchen staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their daily tasks.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and follow up as required.
• Promote teamwork and motivation through daily communication.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Superior communication skills.
• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.

$75,000 – $85,000 (dependent on qualifications and location).

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
