OverviewCreare seeks an experienced HR generalist to support its Human Resources operations. This full‑time position provides administrative support in several areas including employee benefits, recruiting, performance and compensation, event planning, training, regulatory compliance, and corporate projects. It offers growth and career opportunities through on‑the‑job training in Creare’s challenging high‑tech engineering environment.
Responsibilities• Provide administrative support across HR functions such as benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, event planning, training, regulatory compliance, and corporate projects.
• Maintain HR databases and manage employee records.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Assist with the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• PHR and/or SHRM certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, strong business analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight and demonstrated potential for future leadership.
