Position PurposeThe Program Coordinator (PC) supports the programmatic initiatives of Dartmouth Dialogues, advancing the College's commitment to fostering open discourse, empathy, and understanding across differences. Working in partnership with the Executive Director, the PC contributes to the continued growth of Dartmouth Dialogues by planning and overseeing the implementation of signature programs that model respectful engagement and active listening. This position provides opportunities for student leadership development, facilitates educational trainings that build dialogue and communication skills, and strengthens collaboration across campus partners to cultivate a culture of inclusion, trust, and shared responsibility.
DescriptionRequired Qualifications – Education and Years Experience
Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications – Skills, Knowledge and Abilities- Strong written communication, organizational skills, and program planning experience.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience working both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Effective interpersonal skills for engaging students, faculty, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and divisions to advance institutional goals.
- Experience in student affairs or other educational environment.
- Experience building and managing external partnerships.
