In-House Security Tech Support

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Next Level Support Team providing tier 2 support to our clients and internal teams,as well as subcontractors.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff of Wilsons Security
• Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Remotely troubleshoot an array products and services with clients as well as technicians and subcontractors, answering any questions thatmay arise
• Resolve client concerns and make recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function
• Remote software management including code and user updates,schedule management, configuration settings, etc.
• Manage work orders assigned to the NLS queue to ensure theyare actioned in a timely manner
• Work within client’s 3rdparty ticketing systems forwork order management
• Process system activations including GSM
• Maintain positive relationships with our clients, team, and subcontractors
• Work professionally under pressure
• Other projects as required

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of cameras, access control, and intrusionsystems
• IT Helpdesk experience an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This a full-time, permanent position with a very attractivecompensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employeeincentives. Our office is in the Burnside Industrial Park and the hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to4:30 pm.
