to join our fantastic Tim Hortons location, uniquely situated on the
NSCC Ivany Campus
in Dartmouth! This is more than just a job—it's a chance to be part of the vibrant campus community, serving up smiles coffee and baked goods to students, staff, and faculty every day.

• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Prepare made to order food items
• Follows Tim Horton's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
• Assist other members of the team when needed
• Light cash handling duties including processing guest transactions, counting cash, closing/opening registers, participating in cash audits
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Keep area clean at all times; manage waste
• May perform other job duties as required

• 1+ years Kitchen Help, Food Service, or Prep Cook experience
• Experience with Tim Horton's or similar franchise is an asset
• Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced), First Aid Certification is an asset
• Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised and unsupervised
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

This is a full-time, seasonal role.
