Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to assist managing our store in Hanover, NH. The successful assistant manager will have outstanding customer-facing skills and an eye towards identifying new sales opportunities. As a key member of the Red Kite Candy team, your input on customer requirements will help inform our business strategies and you will work closely with the rest of our team to ensure the Hanover store successfully represents our brand.

We are specifically looking for candidates that will demonstrate the ability to step into a salaried management position.

• Engage with our customers to ensure their needs are understood and met
• Lead daily store operations such as opening, closing, and selling
• Ensure a clean facility.
• Train and manage supporting staff.
• Be aware of events and sales opportunities happening in Hanover.
• Represent our brand in a way that maintains our commitment to genuine customer service, quality, and taste.

• Experience as a retail manager
• Highly organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
