Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman
Carpenters for projects located in the Hanover, NH area
. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $38/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
- Fabricate custom woodwork including cabinets, doors, moldings, panels, furniture, and windows
- Set up, operate, and maintain hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood
- Fit, glue, clamp, and sand components; prepare surfaces for finishing
- Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls
- Estimate materials, time, and costs to support project planning
- Review shop drawings and blueprints with the Shop Manager
- Travel to job sites for measurements or installations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Coordinate with other trades and communicate project-related issues
- Other tasks as assigned
- 5–7 years of experience in cabinetry or skilled woodworking
- Must be able to meet the physical demands required to perform essential job functions
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials, and work in varied positions (standing, bending, reaching)
- Reliable transportation and attendance
