Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Hanover, NH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
* Fabricate custom woodwork including cabinets, doors, moldings, panels, furniture, and windows
* Set up, operate, and maintain hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood
* Fit, glue, clamp, and sand components; prepare surfaces for finishing
* Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls
* Estimate materials, time, and costs to support project planning
* Review shop drawings and blueprints with the Shop Manager
* Travel to job sites for measurements or installations as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
* Coordinate with other trades and communicate project-related issues
* Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in cabinetry or skilled woodworking
* Must be able to meet the physical demands required to perform essential job functions
* Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials, and work in varied positions (standing, bending, reaching)
* Reliable transportation and attendance
