Outpatient clinic with limited hospital consults Coverage Type:
Clinical + APP Supervision Coverage Period:
Starting January 2, 2026 Ongoing Clinical Shift
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Coverage Details: 20 shifts/month (can be split between 2 providers, 10 each) Reason for Coverage:
Supplemental Support Staff Available: 2 PAs (APPs) supervision required; RN & MA support EMR System:
EpicPATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics:
Adults only Outpatient Volume: 1216 per day (36 patient-facing hours/week) Hospital Consults: 05 per month (phone consults during office hours) Case Mix:
Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis Lupus, Scleroderma, Sjogrens Syndrome Gout, Osteoporosis, Vasculitis, Myopathies GCA, Temporal Arteritis, PMR, Sarcoidosis Reactive Arthritis, Raynauds Phenomenon, Wegeners Granulomatosis, Polyarteritis Nodosa Positive ANA with systemic features (rash, joint swelling, pain, pleural effusion, pericarditis) Procedures:
Joint injections
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges
Required:
Yes Credentialing Timeline: 90 days Licensure:
Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC accepted) DEA:

Certifications:
BLS Board Status: BC/BE in Rheumatology
