Join Intuit as a Seasonal Business Tax Expert to provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to customers.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products with sound professional judgment, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and proprietary business information responsibly and reliably.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers and team members professionally while adhering to Intuit’s operating values, including integrity without compromise.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software.

• Strong business tax preparation experience with at least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 tax returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
• Bookkeeping experience and books to tax preparation strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service, critical thinking, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and compliance with Circular 230.

Expected base pay range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area $40.10 – $46.20). This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
