- Pay or shift range: $18.50 USD to $20 USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for start-up, attending, operating and adjusting various packaging machines such as fillers, cappers, case erectors, tape machines, labelling equipment etc.
- Secures packaged items on pallets and when needed operates pallet moving equipment to move items to and from the packaging lines to the stretch wrapper.
- Maintains quality standards for weights, seals/caps, appearance, etc. by machine adjustments and frequent quality checks.
- Performs minor maintenance repairs, adjustments, changeovers, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance as required.
- Responsible for equipment cleaning and maintaining a clean work area and observing all safety regulations.
- Fillsin on packaging lines as needed.
- Observes all plant safety rules.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience inoperationof packaging equipment.
- Pallet moving and forklift driving experience.
- Mechanical ability.
