Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Engineer to maintain and support our .NET-based applications. The candidate will ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent technical support to users while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

Experience required:
Minimum 5 years

• Monitor the performance and health of web applications and address issues proactively.
• Respond to and resolve application-related issues reported via ticketing systems within SLA guidelines.
• Investigate root causes of errors and implement fixes or escalate as necessary.
• Collaborate with development teams for code changes and enhancements.
• Perform debugging and implement minor fixes or patches in .NET code as needed.
• Troubleshoot SQL database-related issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of APIs and third-party integrations used by the applications.
• Maintain technical documentation, including known issues, resolutions, and user guides.
• Generate periodic reports on system uptime, issue trends, and resolution metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ASP.NET, C#, and associated frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL Server database.
• Familiarity with debugging tools, such as Visual Studio and Postman.
• Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Angular, .NET Core, Postgre
  
  SQL and applications hosted on Azure/AWS will be a plus.
• Experience working in travel and transportation domain will be a plus.
