Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Director and Physical Therapist to join our team in Happy Valley, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, as well as providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinic staff, including physical therapists, assistants, and administrative personnel
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Provide hands-on physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatment plans, and therapeutic exercises
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice physical therapy
• Previous experience in a clinical leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
