Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Clackamas Town Center in Oregon. You will support the Store Management Team, drive sales, and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and store excellence.
You'll analyze sales results, run training sessions, and help maintain brand standards including beauty ethics and cruelty-free messaging. This role is 20-29 hours per week with opportunities to grow within the team.
