As an Instructor you will teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, work to increase student count, and ensure each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoy playing music—all while nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

• Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Communicate with students or parents about progress (where applicable).
• Assist with customer service issues as needed, helping to maintain long‑term students by creating a great experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of work experience in Music, Education, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to pass Guitar Center specific training and certifications.
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the instrument you will be teaching (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
