Call Center Representative – Luxury Bath
Location: Harahan, Louisiana
Base salary: Competitive hourly rate plus commission. Room for advancement.
Job Duties:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
Qualifications: Experienced Call Center Representative with excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, available to work evenings and weekends, able to resolve conflicts and issues.
