The Schmidt Family Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for a Full-Time Insurance Sales Producer in Harahan, LA.

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect their futures while building a fulfilling career path. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment to ensure your success.

• Build Relationships:
  Establish and maintain connections with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Client Support:
  Assist policyholders with inquiries about coverage options, policy changes, billing, claims, and more.
• Sales Growth:
  Educate clients on bundling options and additional services to enhance their coverage and increase sales opportunities.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices to better serve clients and advance your career.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• 1 Plus years of experience in Sales.
• Previous phone or customer service experience is a plus; no prior insurance experience needed—we’ll train you!
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Property and Casualty insurance license preferred; assistance provided to obtain licensing.
