About

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and forward‑thinking Project Manager to oversee the direction, coordination, and completion of critical service projects. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape strategies, make confident decisions, and keep complex projects moving. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment with shifting priorities, embraces challenges, and has the entrepreneurial spirit to drive projects forward while balancing medium‑term strategy with immediate execution.

This position offers the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of goals, and develop systems and processes that empower others while ensuring successful outcomes. If you’re energized by variety, motivated by results, and confident making decisions without excessive oversight, this is the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and implement critical projects for the service team.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Determine and coordinate resource needs across multi‑branch service teams.
  • Lead administrative coordination with service administration teams.
  • Ensure projects meet budget, profitability, and efficiency goals.
  • Create, monitor, and distribute project status reports.
  • Maintain clear documentation for compliance, risk mitigation, and commissioning efforts.
  • Develop best practices to improve management of future projects.
  • Serve as liaison between factory representatives, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide logistical coordination during project handoffs between sales and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management principles and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting budget, profitability, and efficiency goals.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills — factual, straightforward, and direct.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer and project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University, Community College, or Trade School degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years’ experience in the electrical or construction industry.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • Experience in creating systems and processes to improve project management efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success leading high‑stakes, cross‑functional service projects.
Why Join Us?

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading high‑stakes projects that directly impact the success of our service operations. You’ll have the independence to drive change, the support to develop best practices, and the opportunity to lead with vision and confidence.

If you thrive under pressure, enjoy variety, and are motivated by making an immediate impact while keeping an eye on the future — this is the role for you.
