• Supervise patient care.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care.
• Complete all required documentation timely, including Oasis, 485 forms, and order submissions.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigation.

• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience as an RN.
• Current CPR certification.

• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at client residences or facilities.
