This job performs cashier duties according to detailed instructions and established standards of correct cash handling procedures, and reports all customer concerns to supervisor.

Required – High School diploma or equivalent

Required – None.

• Takes action towards meeting customer satisfaction goals by greeting customers, patients, and family members in a warm and friendly manner.
• Effectively operates cash register using the point‑of‑sale system and ensures accurate payment collection.
• Balances a cash drawer accurately.
• Performs non‑cashiering duties during downtime.
