About

The Role
  • Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required—only warm, pre‑confirmed appointments.
  • Focus on selling! Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
  • Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas.
  • Promote company products and services.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
Key Qualifications
  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
  • In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be self‑motivated and results oriented.
  • Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision.
  • Road warrior—own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and enjoy being on the road.
