• Cold‑call to offer drivers a better value on their car insurance with State Farm.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

• Hourly pay plus bonus

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Telemarketing / Cold‑call Experience Preferred
• Must be able to execute a systematic process
• Must communicate clearly and be able to recite word‑track scripts
• Must be detail oriented and able to quickly learn customer management computer software

Work Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 1:30‑4:30 p (15 hrs/week). Can slightly modify schedule requirements for the right candidate (e.g., 4 days/week vs 5 or 1‑4 p schedule adjustment).
