RIBW Overijssel zoekt een Ondersteunend Woonbegeleider voor Hardenberg (28 uur). Je ondersteunt cliënten met psychische kwetsbaarheid in een 24-uurs woonsetting en werkt samen met collega’s en behandelorganisaties aan veilige, herstelgerichte zorg.
Je taken omvatten praktische ondersteuning, medicatieverstrekking en contacten met behandelaren en familie. Je werkt in een beschermde woonlocatie en krijgt de ruimte om mee te groeien in een flexibele dienstverbandsetting.
