Technical Valley Infra Consult in Harderwijk zoekt een hoofd werkverantwoordelijke. In deze rol ontwikkel en stuur je een nieuwe organisatie op het gebied van werkverantwoordelijkheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden aan laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties volgens de BEI-voorschriften.
Bovendien coach en leid je medewerkers om hun vakbekwaamheid te borgen. Je taken omvatten het opstellen van beleid, organiseren van toolboxen en het beoordelen van werkplannen, waarbij je contact onderhoudt met netbeheerders.
