Vereisten zijn onder andere een Diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3 of vergelijkbaar. Een flexibel verlofbudget en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden worden geboden, evenals de mogelijkheid tot bijscholing en ontwikkeling.
